I was photographing hummingbirds at my parents’ house a few weekends ago when this House Sparrow posed nicely on the fence for me.  I thought she was pretty, and she had a nice green background.  Mum-mum has tons of House Sparrows visiting Missy’s Diner these days.  They clean out her feeders every evening.  But we try to like all birds, even the common ones!
