Grasshopper Sparrow

There's a tiny endangered population of the Florida subspecies of Grasshopper sparrow.  It's easier to find one of our cousins that winters in Florida and returns up north to breed.  Just call us Little Brown Jobs because we're easily confused with other brown sparrows.

Most Likely Found: In the open fields, In the treetops, In your backyard

When: Winter
